Subscription, licence and package are different
A subscription records the paid access period. A native product licence permits the matching NinjaTrader identity to use a strategy. A package is the compiled software you install. A confirmed purchase still needs the appropriate product licence, and having a package file does not prove that its licence is current.
On a strategy's licence page, Check status refreshes access information. For All Inclusive, use Check access status on Pricing, then activate each product through its licence page. Do not treat the initial loading view as an access decision.
Status messages and next steps

All Inclusive messages
All Inclusive access active describes your library membership, not an automatic completed licence for every installed product. Use All Inclusive on the strategy you want to activate. Not available for purchase yet means that the library offer cannot currently be bought.
If the displayed paid-through date and native expiry appear inconsistent, check status and contact support. Do not assume a successful renewal has reached the native licence while confirmation is pending.
