Categories, purposes and recipients
The categories depend on what you request. AlgoTrader does not receive every example from every visitor. A native strategy licence is not a connection that automatically uploads your broker account or trades.

Collection boundaries
The current rental flow does not automatically collect broker balances, customer executions or native trading settings. Published performance is our supplied evaluation data. Support material that you choose to send may contain native information; redact what is unnecessary.
Hosted checkout collects card-entry data. Our subscription adapter uses purchase references and status, not full card numbers or security codes. Advertising trackers and session-replay recording are not configured in the current customer app. Necessary licensing, payment and security disclosure is not an advertising opt-in.
Retention and choices
Keep records only for the account, access, support, security, dispute or legal/accounting purpose that requires them. Different categories have different retention needs; cookie expiry is not the deletion date of a payment record. The effective retention and provider arrangements must be confirmed before this draft is finalized.
