Start the trial
Trial starts in NinjaTrader means the first package is ready for that native trial flow. It is not a confirmed paid licence. Prepare your platform and data before first use so that you can make useful use of the trial period.
- Check the product's free period on its licence page and choose Start free trial.
- Download the offered first installer and import it into NinjaTrader Desktop.
- Use the product for the first time in NinjaTrader. The native product trial begins at first use, rather than when you click a web button or download the file.
- Return to the licence page and choose Check status to see the confirmed trial state and expiry when available.
One trial per native product
A native product has a one-time trial. Reinstalling the package, downloading it again or using another browser does not restart that trial. A separate published strategy may have its own offer, but an existing product does not get a new trial when a software update is released.
The product's confirmed expiry controls access. The page may display the date using your browser's local date format. Do not assume the trial lasts until midnight in your own time zone; check the native licence information if timing is important.
At the end of the trial
A trial does not automatically charge you or become a paid subscription. To continue with a paid strategy, choose Subscribe and complete checkout, or activate it through a current All Inclusive subscription. No paid access is granted merely because you entered an email or used a trial.
After expiry, the downloaded file is not a perpetual licence. Check access before planning another run. This trial flow does not promise automatic liquidation of open positions at expiry; manage any actual orders and positions in NinjaTrader.
