Each strategy has its own free terms
The strategy's own licence page is the authority for its free offer. A Free card on Pricing describes the available types of access; it does not mean every strategy is free. Some older offers may display a different trial duration. Use the period shown for that product.

Get permanent free access
Permanent free access still uses a native product licence and a protected package. It is not a source-code download. It does not require a paid checkout or automatically create a paid subscription.
- Open the free strategy's licence page and sign in with your matching NinjaTrader email.
- Choose Get free access when it is available.
- Wait for Free access active, then download and import the package.
- Use Check status if confirmation is pending or the page has not updated.
Updates and later offer changes
Available updates for the free strategy can be downloaded while its free access is current. Free does not promise a particular update schedule or that every future paid strategy will be included.
An already issued permanent free licence is not converted into a paid trial simply because the marketing offer changes later. If you have an active free licence but cannot download, check its status and ask support to review it. An unrelated paid subscription ending does not by itself cancel a separately issued permanent free licence.
