Monthly renewal
A paid subscription renews under the recurring terms shown at checkout until its renewal is cancelled or the subscription otherwise ends. Free access and a standalone free trial do not create recurring charges.
Each individual strategy has its own subscription. All Inclusive has one library subscription. Cancelling one does not cancel every other subscription on your account. The confirmed paid-through date and native licence expiry are shown where available; they are more useful than estimating a period from the download date.
Cancel renewal
Cancellation stops future renewal and retains the confirmed access you already paid for until its end. It does not itself issue a refund. Closing your browser, uninstalling a package, disabling a strategy or signing out does not cancel renewal.
If the cancellation action fails, do not assume renewal was stopped. Check status again and contact support with the relevant purchase reference and the error before the renewal date.
- For an individual strategy, open its licence page. For All Inclusive, open its card on Pricing.
- Choose Cancel renewal for the subscription you intend to stop.
- Wait for confirmation and check that renewal is marked as cancelled. Record the displayed end date.
- Review any other subscriptions separately if you also want their renewals stopped.
Resume or subscribe again
Resume renewal can restore a subscription scheduled to end if it has not ended and the action is available. Confirm the new renewal state after using it.
Once the provider subscription has ended, Resume renewal cannot revive that subscription. Use a new Subscribe flow at the then-current displayed price. Do not assume an old price, unused trial or old paid-through date will carry over. There is no customer pause or custom freeze-period control in the current flow.
After access ends
Continued use of paid strategies and their updates requires current licensed access. Previously downloaded files are not remotely deleted, but possession of a file does not extend its paid licence. A separate permanent free licence stays free.
Plan around the expiry before running a strategy. The subscription cancellation action does not close positions or disable orders in your trading account. Monitor and manage those in NinjaTrader.
