Check confirmed access dates
A trial or paid product licence has a confirmed access period. Downloading a file, reinstalling it or keeping an old release does not extend that period. Permanent free access has no scheduled expiry, but it still requires the appropriate native product licence.
The page may format dates in your browser's locale. Check the native licence information and contact support if the expiry is unclear or appears inconsistent with a confirmed paid period. Do not calculate your entitlement from the last time you downloaded the package.
Do not assume an offline grace period
The native platform verifies the licensed identity. This service does not promise an offline allowance, a fixed cache period or immediate interruption of an already running instance at expiry. Reconnection and in-flight expiry behaviour must follow the released product's tested operating instructions.
A website showing active access does not prove that an offline desktop instance has refreshed its licence. Resolve licensing and connectivity questions before a trading run. Do not use repeated offline starts as a method of extending expired paid access.
Access management does not manage your orders
Expiry, cancellation, a refund or a licence refresh is not a broker order. None of these web actions promises to close an open position, cancel a working order or make a running strategy safe. Check and manage actual positions through NinjaTrader and your brokerage controls.
Accounts, devices and sharing
Your access belongs to the verified NinjaTrader identity. All Inclusive removes the strategy-count limit; it is not a multi-user resale licence. Native account and session restrictions remain applicable. The current product does not advertise a separate unlimited-device entitlement.
If you change computers or use a hosted environment, sign in to the correct native account and follow platform and package requirements. Contact support before transferring a paid licence to a different identity. Do not share passwords, one-time codes or protected packages.
