What to check before paying
- The strategy title or All Inclusive offer matches the access you want.
- The subscription amount, US-dollar currency and monthly interval match the displayed offer.
- You are using the AlgoTrader account whose verified email matches your NinjaTrader licensing account.
- You understand the renewal and cancellation terms and the applicable purchase conditions.
- You have checked whether free access or your current All Inclusive membership already covers the strategy.
Hosted card payment
The current purchase flow opens Stripe's hosted checkout and accepts supported credit or debit cards. Enter payment details only in the hosted checkout, not in a support message. Complete any authentication requested by your card issuer.
The configured offers use monthly USD pricing. Annual billing, promotional-code entry, alternative currencies, bank transfer and cryptocurrency are not offered by this flow. If a particular offer is unavailable, support cannot activate it simply from a card screenshot.
Review the actual checkout total. Do not assume the displayed base price is a statement about taxes in your jurisdiction. Tax treatment and invoice requirements must be confirmed for the released offer; your card issuer may separately apply currency-conversion fees.
After checkout
Closing checkout before payment is complete does not create confirmed paid access. A return link or confirmation screen alone does not prove the native licence is ready. If a payment appears to have succeeded but the licence is pending, use the payment troubleshooting guide rather than buying again.
- Return to the strategy's licence page, or Pricing for an All Inclusive purchase.
- Choose Check status or Check access status. The system checks the paid subscription and then the required native licence.
- For All Inclusive, also activate the strategy from its licence page using Use All Inclusive.
- Wait for confirmed product access before downloading the entitled release.
